1. Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Import Duties

1. European Union (EU)

Order Value ≤ €150

For packages shipped from outside the EU with an order value of €150 or less, we have collected and remitted VAT on your behalf at checkout through the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop). You do not need to pay additional VAT upon receipt.

Order Value > €150

For packages shipped from outside the EU with an order value exceeding €150, according to EU regulations, you may need to pay Import VAT and customs duties to your local customs or logistics provider during the clearance process. These fees are not collected at checkout and must be paid before or upon delivery.

2. Other European Countries

Value-Added Tax (VAT)

Non-EU European countries such as Norway and Switzerland have their own VAT policies. Depending on the destination country’s regulations, you may need to pay corresponding VAT and customs duties during clearance.

Customs Duties

Customs duty policies vary by country. Please refer to the destination country’s customs regulations for specific tax rates and applicability. These fees will be assessed and collected by local customs or logistics providers during clearance.

2. Specific Tax Rates and Fees

VAT rates are based on each country’s policies, typically between 15% and 27%. Customs duty rates depend on product categories and countries.

3. Customer Responsibilities and Tips

Orders Exceeding Duty-Free Thresholds

If your order value exceeds the duty-free threshold of your region, you are responsible for paying the applicable VAT, customs duties, and other related fees. These fees will be assessed and collected by local customs or logistics providers during clearance.

Understand Local Regulations

Please familiarize yourself with your country or region’s customs and tax regulations before placing an order. We recommend consulting local tax authorities or logistics companies in advance to avoid unnecessary delays or additional fees upon package arrival.

Consequences of Refusing to Pay Taxes and Duties

If you refuse to pay the applicable taxes and duties during clearance, your package may be returned or destroyed, and you will bear all resulting losses and additional fees.

5. Friendly Reminders

If your orders frequently exceed the duty-free thresholds of various regions, you may incur additional fees during customs clearance. We will do our best to provide relevant invoices and documentation to assist you in smooth clearance, but we cannot waive or pre-collect these fees. Please understand and comply with local regulations.
